Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded its two-day National Agency Meet program.
Held in Pokhara under the chairmanship of the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Raj Kumar Aryal, the program featured special honors for agents who qualified as members of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), according to the company.
On the first day of the program, agents who have played a significant role in the company’s growth through consistent outstanding contributions, along with those who achieved MDRT and HMDRT status, were given special recognition for their international-level achievements. The company highly evaluated their professional excellence and leadership capabilities.
On the second day, training sessions focused on capacity enhancement and leadership development for agents were conducted. Sales trainer and leadership coach Anil Jha delivered training on sales skills, leadership abilities, mindset transformation, and building long-term relationships with clients. His impactful presentation and practical experience inspired participating agents to move forward with even higher goals, the company stated.
The program was attended by the company’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kabi Fuyal, Chief Market Officer Ganesh Chaulagain, as well as branch managers who achieved outstanding results.
The National Agency Meet, held in the beautiful tourist city of Pokhara, not only celebrated the company’s past achievements but also strengthened its commitment to providing more robust, professional, and customer-centric services in the future.
