Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited, which is owned by United Ajod Insurance Company, has put more than 2.15 million shares from its founders’ group up for sale.

The company announced that a total of 2,171,935 shares will be auctioned through a sealed bidding process.

The minimum bid price has been fixed at NPR 400 per share, and interested investors must apply for a minimum of 100,000 shares.

Eligible participants in the auction include existing founders’ shareholders of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited as well as individuals, firms, companies, and institutions that meet the requirements under prevailing laws.

Interested investors must submit sealed bids along with the required documents within the specified deadline at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Naxal. The company stated that all authority related to the auction process will remain with the sales manager in accordance with prevailing laws.
