Welcome to Sani Sky (“we”, “us”, “our”), a stock market app by Sani Securities Company Limited. Sani Sky lets you follow the NEPSE market, build manual portfolios, and use other market tools. Sani Sky does not place trades or execute orders — it is not a trading app. If you have a brokerage account with Sani Securities, you may optionally link it using your Client ID to view your holdings and history. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Sani Sky app (“App”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to run the App and, where you choose to connect it, to show your broker account details:
a. Personal Information
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Gender
b. Broker Linking Information
- Sani Securities broker Client ID (optional, provided by you)
- Holdings and transaction history retrieved from your linked broker account, shown to you within the App
We do not collect bank account details, demat/TMS credentials, or any information needed to place trades. Linking your Client ID only allows the App to display information already held by your broker account.
c. Manual Portfolio Data
- Stocks, quantities, and prices you manually add to track your own portfolios
Manual portfolios are for your personal tracking only and are not linked to any real trading or order activity.
d. Technical and Usage Information
- Device details (IP address, OS, device ID)
- Login timestamps and activity logs
- App usage behavior and preferences
e. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand user behavior, enhance app functionality, and ensure platform security.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your Sani Sky account
- Show you live NEPSE market data and tools
- Let you build and track manual portfolios
- Retrieve and display your holdings and history when you link your broker Client ID
- Provide customer service and support

3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with:
- Sani Securities Company Limited, to retrieve and display holdings and history for a linked Client ID
- Service providers who help us run the App, such as hosting, analytics, and notification services, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services
- Government or legal authorities when legally obligated
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Live NEPSE market data shown in the App is sourced from Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) or its authorized data providers and does not involve your personal information.
4. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

- Secure servers
- Restricted access controls
While we take every step to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and manual portfolio data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we delete your personal information and manual portfolio data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory purposes. If you unlink your broker Client ID, we stop retrieving and displaying your holdings and history and remove any cached copy of that data from the App.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to:
- Access or correct your personal data
- Unlink your broker Client ID at any time
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Withdraw consent or limit specific uses of your data
- Reach out with privacy-related concerns
